NASCAR on FOX: History of Texas Racing

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (April 19, 2010) -- During the prerace show before Sunday's Samsung Mobile 500 Sprint Cup Series race at Texas Motor Speedway, FOX Sports aired a piece on the history of NASCAR racing in Texas and at Texas Motor Speedway. Due to rain and weather conditions, the race was rescheduled to run today at 12:00 pm/et.

In the following video, FOX racing analysts Mike Joy and Larry McReynolds introduce the history of the Fort Worth track and the long history of NASCAR in the lone star state. The piece includes remarks from drivers Jeff Burton, Clint Bowyer, Mark Martin, Bobby Labonte, and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. as each unveils their own take on what it is like to race here in Texas.
