TWS Requirements
Drivers must have a valid driver's license. If a driver is under 18, a parent must give permission and be present at the event.
Vehicles must be teched by a qualified mechanic's shop prior to the event and be appropriate for high speed road course driving.
All convertibles must have a roll bar.
Drivers much have a completed Technical Inspection Form.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations may occur that enable participants from coming to an event. Cancellations will be issued credit in full toward another event with written notice given 72 hours prior to the event date.
Credit toward another event, minus a $25 administration fee, will be given within 72 hours of an event, but prior to the event start date. Credit will not be issued on or after an event start date.
Refunds will not be given due to weather or mechanical failures of registrant's vehicles.
Refunds will not be given for multiple event packages once the first event has been attended.
What To Bring
Vehicle - teched and emptied of all loose objects.
Any tools, fluids, or tires that may be needed.
Helmet - SA 95, M95 or better. Rentals are available for $5.00, but are limited and on a first come, first served basis.
Closed toe shoes for driving.
It is highly suggested that you also bring the following for your comfort: a chair, a cooler with water for drinking, and snacks. Our concession stand or vending is open for breakfast and lunch and can also supply water and snacks.
