* Novice Marshal must complete Flagging & Communications (F&C) Seminar, and four full days at a flag station with a Flag Captain prior to promotion to Team Flag Marshal

** All instructors must successfully complete an approved Instructor Training Course (ITC) prior to entering the Instructor Corps.  Instructor candidates are selected to attend the ITC by the Chief Driving Instructor (CDI)

*** Includes race staff.  Race staff novice must complete two full race events with the respective team prior to promotion to team member
