Work-Drive Program Rules

Program Changes

Texas World Speedway (TWS), Performance Driving School (PDS), and all program partners reserve the right to change any aspect of the program at any time with 30 days notice to active members.  This right includes, but is not limited to, changes in partner affiliation, rules for earning work-drive credits, rules on earning priority status, priority level benefits, and credit redemption levels.  Terms and conditions of the work-drive program will be reviewed annually, and this document constitutes notice by TWS of its intent to review and change the program on its anniversary (January 1st).  However, rules for use of work-drive rewards, limited availability, restricted reward dates, and specific features of promotional offers are subject to change with or without notice at the discretion of Texas World Speedway or the offering program partner.  Texas World Speedway is not responsible for unilateral actions taken by program partners.

Official up-to-date information concerning the program is available through the Work-Drive Program page of www.texasworldspeedway.com.  Information about the program published through www.texasworldspeedway.com is the final authority with respect to the terms and conditions of membership in the program and supersedes any conflicting information contained in any previously published communications.

Texas World Speedway reserves the right to discontinue the program with six months notice to members. This means that, regardless of your level of participation in the program, your right to accumulate credits and claim rewards will be terminated six months after we give you notice.

You can have only one Work-Drive Program account, which is established under your full first and last name (no initials, please). Only you may accrue credits in your account. You may not combine credits between your account and other program accounts, including those of relatives.  Transfers are allowed only by written authorization (via e-mail) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Name changes must be submitted in writing (via e-mail) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  and accompanied by an attached electronic copy (in pdf format) of legal documentation, such as a copy of your marriage license, divorce decree or court order.  Address changes may be made online at www.clubregistration.net .

Earning Work-Drive Credits

Credits are earned according to the appropriate credit schedules.  Credits are earned based on the level of the duty position, not on the level of the individual filling the position for that event.  For example (see Marshals Credit Schedule):  A qualified flag captain (level 4) working 1 day as a grid marshal (level 3) will earn 9 credits or $90; not 11 credits or $95.

For all open duty positions at a specific event, personnel will be assigned based on their current qualification (training & experience), and the date/time they registered for the event on www.clubregistration.net, with priority going to those qualified personnel who sign up first.    Personnel will be placed in the highest level position still available, that the person is qualified for, unless the person requests a lower level position.

Credits awarded within 7 days after the event in which they are earned.  Credits are not redeemable until your account is updated to reflect the credits earned.

Instructors must complete the on-line evaluations of their students within 4 days of the event in order to earn their credits.  www.clubregistration.net closes the evaluation period after 4 days.

Services Ineligible for Work-Drive Credit

Program credits may not be earned on certain Texas World Speedway and other program partner services.  These include, but are not limited to:

*       TWS Emergency Services, such as Crash-Rescue and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

*       TWS Security and Rules Enforcement Services.

*       TWS Professional Staff Services.

Texas World Speedway, and all participating program partners reserve the right to exclude certain services from earning credits.

Credit in Programs Other Than the TWS Work-Drive Program

Services from Texas World Speedway Work-Drive Program partners used to earn program credits may not be used to earn credit in any other work-drive programs, unless specifically provided.

Credits Expiration

Credits currently have no expiry date; however, Texas World Speedway reserves the right to impose expiry limits or terminate the program, thus terminating your ability to claim rewards.

Inactive Membership

If no credit is deposited in your account for 13 consecutive months, your membership may be cancelled, and your credits may be forfeited.  To keep your account active, you can earn credits with a variety of program partners. Please review the program credit schedules on this web site for a full list of program partners and credit-earning services.

Transferring Rewards & Credits

If a person other than the person named on the reward attempts to use the reward, it will be void and the reward will be denied.  Altered reward certificates are also void.

Program rewards and credits in your program account may be sold, bartered, traded, exchanged and purchased, under programs fully authorized and/or sponsored by Texas World Speedway, or outside programs and exchanges.   No sale, barter, exchange, or purchase is official until transfer instructions are sent by written authorization (via e-mail) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it by the named owner of the account that credits and/or rewards will be transferred from.  The e-mail must originate from the e-mail address on file at TWS for the named owner authorizing the transfer.  No rewards will be transferred to persons ineligible to redeem them.  You may not transfer a reward certificate for an Open Track Day or Test & Tune Event to a driver who is not qualified to participate in that event.  Rewards and credits obtained in violation of this rule may result in the termination of your program membership and forfeiture of all credits in your account.

General Priority Level Terms

The Program Priority Level Schedule is an extension of the Work-Drive Program.  All program rules apply unless otherwise stated herein.  In the event of any inconsistency, the Work-Drive Program rules will govern.

All work-drive program participants are assigned a priority level, according to their qualifications, roles, and responsibilities.   Levels are defined for all three classes of participants (course marshals, instructors, event staff) on the Program Priority Level Schedule.

2011 Program Priority Level benefits are valid from Jan. 1, 2011, until Jan. 31, 2012, and are subject to change from year to year.  The Priority Level Schedule commencing Jan. 1, 2012, may not necessarily include all the benefits contained herein.

·         Top tiers (Level 5+) will have priority over lower tiers up to 72 hours prior to use of credits for a limited availability reward.

·         Middle tiers (Level 3+) will have priority over lower tiers up to 48 hours prior to use of credits for a limited availability reward.

·         Priority among redeemers on the same tier will be first-come, first-served also (based on reservation date).

Redeeming credits for limited availability rewards will continue to be on a space available basis, with priority going to purchasing customers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Other Rules & Restrictions

Promotional offers and/or the associated promotion and/or reward certificates are only valid if they are communicated to you by TWS. You may not access promotional offers and/or the associated promotion codes in an inappropriate manner, including, but not limited to, by attempting to register for promotional offers with promotion codes that have not been provided to you by TWS.  Rewards and credits obtained in violation of this rule may result in the termination of your program membership and forfeiture of all credits in your account.

Other rules and restrictions apply to the program and are detailed throughout this web site.

*       WAITLISTING:  Waitlisting for program rewards by the PDS Registrar is permitted on all limited availability rewards offered by TWS and PDS, and will be automatically cleared based on the priority level of the reward holder.  In the case of transferred credits or rewards, the priority level of the reward is based on the individual redeeming the credits or reward; not the priority level of the individual who transferred the credits or reward.  Courtesy waitlists may be requested and held up to 72 hours before an event.

*       UPGRADES:  Program rewards may be exchanged or upgraded for a higher level reward, if available, for the difference in credits and applicable reward change surcharge.  Program rewards may also be used in conjunction with TWS Promotional Upgrades, Program Upgrade Rewards, and Priority Level Upgrades, when such upgrades are announced and available.
