TWS is pleased to offer testing for professional race teams. Included in the price of track rentals are garage rentals, paramedics, corner workers, and over night security.
Here at TWS we want you to get the most out of your testing, if there is anything we can do to assist you from catering lunch to picking up a case of break-clean in town, we are here for you!

Weekday rates: Monday throught Friday Weekend Rates: Saturday & Sunday
Track time is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one hour break from noon to 1:00 pm; Half day is 8:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Road Course Rental Included Services: 1 gate/access control, 1 fire/rescue unit with 2 firefighters & 1 ALS ambulance with 2 paramedics.
ALS ambulance has to be on-site & ready to operate on any track or course. Weekend overnight rental requires security personnel.
additional fire/rescue & ALS ambulance required to operate more then 4 cars on oval at a time.
If approved, there is a $500 per hour after eight (8) hours of usage per day

[1] Closed Track - Single Team: Individual Race Team testing its vehicles only. No spectators allowed.
[2] Closed Track - Multi-Team: Multiple Race Teams testing vehicles on same day. 4 car minimum.

OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
Texas World Speedway will be pleased to assist in arranging catering, hospitality tents, security officers, hotel arrangements, and other special requests that may be needed to compliment your event. Please contact our Director of Events for assistance. No outside food or beverage may be brought into Texas World Speedway for any weekend event. All vendors subject to approval, vendor agrrement, and fees.
INSURANCE REQUIRMENTS:
All renters of any track at Texas World Speedway must furnish a Certificate of Insurence with a minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage per occurrence and a $5,000,000 umbrella policy. All policies must name Texas World Speedway, TWS Motorsports, LLC, Grid Raceplex Holdings, Ltd and all affiliates, officers, agents, contact workers, and employees must be listed as additional insured. Subject to review and approval. Any person entering TWS has to sign TWS's and its insurer's waiver daily of will be considered trespassing.
